Annette Sparling joined the Children’s Services Council of Martin County in 2011 as Research Analyst.

Prior to joining the Children's Services Council's team, Annette served as Health Planner at Treasure Coast Health Council for 9 years. During her tenure, she developed health services delivery systems, conducted strategic planning, designed health services research and convened diverse partnerships and coalitions.

Annette also served at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center for 7 years as a Health Systems Specialist conducting policy development, strategic planning and quality management initiatives. Annette was instrumental in the development of the first community-based outpatient clinic there.

In her role, Annette brings her expertise tothe areas of research, planning, monitoring and evaluation activities.

Annette holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Health Administration, both from the University of New Hampshire.
