Strategic Planning Sessions with Providers Funded by Children’s Services Council of Martin County

This document summarizes the findings from six field-testing sessions held during the summer of 2013 with CSCMC’s funded providers and their subcontractors.  The meetings focused on “What is Working?” and “What Needs Work?” for each of the emerging issues.  This information, along with the data and research from The Childhood Connection, was utilized in developing the goals and strategies listed in the 2014-19 Strategic Plan for the Children’s Services Council of Martin County. To access the Strategic Planning Session document, click here.
