Frances Kaleta

Frances Kaleta joined the Children’s Services Council of Martin County in 2000. She brings over 30 years of experience in the provision of administrative support services.

Frances provides support to the Director of Finance and Manager of Finance. In her role as the Finance Administrative Assistant, Frances manages the accounts payable and receivable. She is responsible for the organization’s purchasing policy and procedures and acts as the custodian for the finance records retention and disposal for the State of Florida. She provides assistance with the CSCMC annual audit process and maintains the grant reimbursement records and ensures compliance of the agencies yearly audits. She is responsible for adding and terminating users for the fiscal workflow component of the SAMIS reporting system.

The TRIM process (Truth in Millage) is a major component of her responsibilities following the procedure outline in Chapter 200 F.S. and Chapter 12D-17, Florida Administrative Code.
