Manager of Finance
Jody Bailey joined the Children’s Services Council of Martin County in 2017. Jody brings over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance fields.
Her broad background includes service in both the public and private sector as a senior accountant with companies in the manufacturing, technology and financial services industries. In her many roles, Jody has been involved with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, billing, human resources, sales and use tax, financial forecasting, internal financial auditing, budgeting and project management. Jody has also been responsible for staffing and managing project teams in the accounting area.
As Manager of Finance, Jody is responsible for finance, budget, payroll, internal audit, and program services’ fiscal functions. In this role, Jody directs and supervises accounting staff in the performance of functions necessary to conduct accounting, general ledger, revenue collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, payroll statement distribution and information reporting, and record keeping. This position acts as a fiscal Liaison to CSCMC-Funded agencies, providing technical support and SAMIS training.
Jody received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Columbia College, Syracuse, New York.
