Summary: S.P.L.A.S.H. program provides free swimming instruction for economically disadvantaged Martin County children between the ages of 6 months and 17 years of age. A Parent or guardian must also attend a water safety class to ensure children stay safe. Families who are 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or less qualify for their children to participate. For example, if your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch at school or Florida KidCare (Medicaid) then your child is eligible to participate in S.P.L.A.S.H.
