Chanda has direct clinical provider and management experience in not-for-profit service delivery systems for infants, children and families, adults, and seniors within academic, outpatient/primary care, in-home, hospital, rural and community-based systems of care. Experience includes management of employee assistance programming within nonprofit and private sectors; nonprofit certification and capacity-building consultation; grants and contract management (foundation, corporate, federated, etc.); project development and program evaluation; supervision of staff, interns, volunteer corps.
