Summary: S.P.L.A.S.H. program provides free swimming instruction for economically disadvantaged Martin County children between the ages of 6 months and 17 years of age. A Parent or guardian must also attend a water safety class to ensure children stay safe. Families who are 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or less qualify for their children to participate.
