Florencia Carneiro

Florencia joined Children’s Services Council of Martin County in April 2023.

She is a well versed, driven, multicultural individual, native to Montevideo, Uruguay.

Florencia’s strong sense of justice, integrity and passion for helping people has led her to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. She is a licensed real estate agent, a certified legal interpreter and a polyglot with the ability to use English, Spanish, Portuguese and sign language.

She learned to sign while volunteering at the Association for the Deaf and served as a Spanish instructor for correctional officers at the Recruit Training Academy.

Florencia is committed to helping CSCMC and the parents of the HIPPY program succeed and positively impact the quality of life for all residents of Martin County.
